Yes, we carry the most comprehensive insurance policy of any valet company in St Louis.

What are the payment options?

The options are:  pay online with a credit card or check, pay by phone with credit card or check, or check by mail.

Do I need to find a parking lot?

No, we have parking lots/garages secured all over the metro area. If we don't have a lot near your establishment we will find one for you.

Is the parking lot secure?

We patrol our parking facilities regularly checking for any unusual behavior.

Do I need any equipment?

We provide everything we need. We bring signs, key storage, claim checks and anything we need to get the job done.

Do I need a  city permit?

We always operate with the proper permits.

Do I need to call the policy department for permission to use valet parking?

We handle that for you. We call you local police department to ensure that we operate within the guidelines of each municipality.

What do the valet attendants wear?

We have several uniforms to suit the season and occasion.  In the Fall and Spring we are dressed in black pants, white dress shirts and long black ties.  I the heat of the Summer we are in black pants and Midwest Valet Parking polos.  In the cold of the Winter we are bundled in our Midwest Valet Parking parkas, hats and gloves.
